What we collect and why

When you send a message through our contact form, WhatsApp, email or phone, we collect the details you give us: your name, contact details, whether you are contacting us as a clinic or a patient, and the content of your message. We use them for one purpose: to reply to you and, if you are a clinic, to open and manage a trade account.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, medical information. If you include it, we will use it only to reply and will not keep it beyond that.

How the contact form works

The form is delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-to-email service. Your message passes through their servers in transit. If you prefer not to use it, WhatsApp, email and phone reach us directly.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Where analytics is active it uses cookies that record a pseudonymous identifier and your approximate location; we do not link this to your name. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser without losing any function of this site.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (email hosting, the form service and analytics named above) and where the law requires.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted. Trade account records are kept for the period required by Singapore law.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to our using it. Write to our Data Protection Officer at sales@glopharma.com.sg or 20 Kramat Lane #05-05, United House, Singapore 228773.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
