About GLO Pharma
GLO Pharma Pte Ltd is a Singapore company that brings European aesthetic medical devices to Singapore's licensed clinics and doctors, and holds the HSA registrations for them. We are a distributor and registrant, not a clinic.
What we do
Register, import, store, supply
For each device we carry, GLO Pharma is the registrant on the Singapore Medical Device Register. That is a regulatory role with obligations attached: we are the party in Singapore accountable to HSA for the device's registration, its import and supply and, should it ever be needed, its recall.
We then supply licensed clinics and registered practitioners directly. We do not sell to the public, and we do not operate a clinic or employ doctors. Patients meet our products only in a licensed clinic, through a qualified medical practitioner.
Two European devices
INNEA AQUA is made in Italy by INNATE S.r.l. Xela Rederm is a Hyalual brand product whose product owner is Diaco Biofarmaceutici S.r.l. Both passed HSA's registration process for Class D devices with GLO Pharma as registrant.
How we describe our products
In the manufacturers' words and within the indications registered with HSA. Where evidence is thin we say so to clinics rather than round it up, and we keep detailed product information in the professional area because the devices are for professional use.
Who we work with
Clinics first, patients through them
Our customers are aesthetic clinics, dermatologists and aesthetic doctors in Singapore. Our responsibility to patients is indirect but real: that the product a doctor holds is genuine and exactly what the register says it is.
